About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a Steveston, Richmond-based custom home builder, founded by Doug Loewen in 2004. Doug’s early years as a realtor and then a trade contractor gave him a close look at what does and doesn’t work in a build, and that experience still shapes how the company runs every project: the same crew from framing to finishing, and direct access to Doug rather than an account manager. Over 21+ years, the company has completed more than 200 projects, 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations, and, per its own site, builds “throughout the Lower Mainland,” including Vancouver, where older homes are frequently renovated or rebuilt from the ground up.
