Life, In Order

Life, In Order is a personal home organizing service serving Vancouver and the broader Lower Mainland. Natasha Rossiter works with you directly — one-on-one — to declutter your space, simplify your paperwork, and set up systems that actually work for how you live.

Your Space. Your Life. Your System.

When you work with Life, In Order, you work with Natasha directly. No rotating team members, no different person showing up each visit. She learns your space, remembers your decisions, and understands how you live. Sessions typically run three to four hours and Natasha brings all the supplies she needs. When the work is done, she loads up the donation bags and drops them off — so those bags do not sit in your garage for months.

How It Works

It starts with a free phone call. Natasha listens to what you need, answers your questions, and works out whether she is the right fit for your situation. If she is, you schedule a session that works around your life — daytime, evening, or weekend.

During the session, Natasha works alongside you to sort through clutter, set up filing systems for your paperwork, and make decisions about what stays and what goes. You make the final calls on your belongings. Natasha keeps the process moving, handles the donations, and leaves your space clean and functional.

What We Offer

Most people who reach out to Life, In Order start by feeling stuck — rooms they have not used in months, paperwork that has been waiting for a filing system that never got set up, bags by the door that never made it to the donation centre. Home organizing and decluttering is where most people start, and Natasha works through it room by room, sorting with you so that every decision gets made by someone who actually knows how you live.

If you are moving to a smaller place or just want less, downsizing support makes the process less overwhelming by having someone there who has done it before and who keeps the momentum going. She helps you work through what stays, what goes, and handles the logistics of donation drop-offs so you are not left with bags sitting in your garage for months afterward.

For people who deal with paperwork as part of daily life — self-employed individuals, anyone managing a household with multiple accounts and documents — paperwork organization means setting up a filing system that actually matches how you handle paper, not some idealised system you have to learn from scratch. After the session, you know where your documents are and you can find them without digging through piles.

You can read more about how Natasha works and what to expect, or reach out directly to ask any questions before committing to a session. There is no hard sell — just a straightforward conversation about whether the service is the right fit for your situation.
